GreenWay Opero service is intended for stations purchased both from us and from other manufacturers and provides support in the implementation of the requirements imposed by the Act on electromobility. All this to make the charging station a positive and hassle-free addition and a benefit for your business.

Charger management

GreenWay Opero is available in three variants - Basic, Select and, Business, to best match the scope of this service to your needs. Depending on the selected variant, we will comprehensively prepare your station for the provision of charging services, provide remote communication, and configure and mark it in accordance with the requirements. We will also be responsible for reporting and updating information about the charger in the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Register (EIPA).

Moreover, we will manage the station from the technical side, including remote monitoring, updating, and making sure that it is constantly available and ready to serve customers. This service provides also 24/7 access to our GreenWay Support Center for you and for the end-user.

  • Access to the GreenWay IT system with the possibility of generating extended reports on the use of the charging station.

Business

  • A publicly accessible charging station within the meaning of the Act.
  • Possibility of providing billing and paid services.
  • 24/7 technical support for the station owner and its users (hotline, e-mail, chat).
  • Station monitoring and remote operations related to configuration.
  • Transmission of data to the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Register (EIPA) and current updating of information about the station, in accordance with the requirements of the act.
